Evelon is seeking a skilled and experienced Jira Consultant to join our team. As a Jira Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in implementing and optimizing Jira, a popular project management and issue tracking tool. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, configure Jira to meet their specific needs, and provide training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Jira within their organizations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and identify opportunities for utilizing Jira effectively.
- Configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, and other settings to align with clients' needs and best practices.
- Provide guidance on Jira administration, user management, and security settings to ensure a secure and efficient setup.
- Customize Jira through the use of plugins, scripts, and other tools to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on Jira's features, functionalities, and best practices for efficient project management.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and answering user inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to integrate Jira with other tools and systems as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Jira and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge and recommendations with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in documenting processes, guidelines, and best practices related to Jira configuration, administration, and usage.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or Consultant, with a strong understanding of Jira's features, functionalities, and administration capabilities.
- Proficient in configuring Jira projects, workflows, screens, and permission schemes.
- Experience with Jira plugins and customization using tools such as Jira ScriptRunner or Jira Service Desk.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical Jira solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in implementing Agile practices within Jira is preferred.
- Certifications such as Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (ACP-JA) or Atlassian Certified Jira Service Desk Administrator (ACP-JSDA) are a plus.
