About the job:
We are now looking to appoint a Senior Operational Administrator who will_ _provide additional knowledge and expertise and oversight of our programme delivery administration activities, as well as provide general administrative support, as required.
**Profile**:
The role will report into the Business Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting the programme delivery teams (TLPD and other Contracts), as required by the Associate Directors for the relevant programmes, providing more in-depth experience and knowledge to support the administration and smooth delivery of contracts, funded work and the development, where appropriate, of new commercial propositions. You will also lead on the supervision and oversight of the Operations Administrators (Programme Delivery) team including training new staff and ensuring the team’s knowledge stays up to date.
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- Good knowledge and experience in Programme administration & delivery support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work confidently with individuals and teams from across the organization, and to take a lead role
- Financial literacy - excel, building and monitoring budgets, familiarity with financial processes (POs, invoicing, sales)
- Data literacy - excel, data manipulation, analysis and interpretation of data
- Ability to prioritise workload and deliver multiple tasks to deadlines
- Good attention to detail, with ability to write clearly and concisely
