About the Job

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty. You will work closely with our restaurant managers to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of employees to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Implement sales growth strategies, including marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • High level of integrity and discretion
