Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Development Coordinator to join our team at WorldSkills UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with senior leaders across the education sector and driving the growth of our network.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with further and higher technical education institutions and establishing strong working relationships with senior leaders. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders.

The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, plus public and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with senior leaders across the education sector
  • Drive the growth of our network through effective engagement strategies
  • Develop and implement account management frameworks to encourage member participation
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and improve processes
