Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and drive financial performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in financial management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry practices and regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial analysis tools and software (We currently use Netsuite and Power BI)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

**Salary**: Up to £60,000.00 per year
