Job Title: Head of Finance and Projects

Michael Page Finance is seeking an experienced Head of Finance and Projects to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and overseeing the financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.
  • Oversee the financial reporting and compliance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial information.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant with significant experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and compliance, and financial systems and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
