Administrative Support

We are looking for an Administrative Support who would like to join a busy admin team supporting the Directorate of Estates and Facilities. If you are efficient, enthusiastic, work well in a team and have a pleasant communication style this could be the role for you.
You will be working as part of the wider Support Services Team within Admin and Reception, providing an integrated and flexible service. You must be able to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines in order to meet the requirements of the post. You will also be able to work on their own initiative without routine supervision.
You will meet and communicate with a variety of people including staff, service users and visitors and therefore must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with our customers.

Full training will be given for the role however; previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, as would previous NHS experience.
Data inputting and monitoring of various work streams following local processes and procedures;
Highlighting any shortfalls for example missing data/information to the appropriate manager;
Provide administrative support to the Directorate of Facilities and Estates management team covering a wide range of services;
Attend meetings to take minutes, update action plans and take follow up action as required.
