**In this role, you will**: Undertake administrative duties specific to the role e.g. typing -standard keyboard skills required, data inputting, filing, scanning, referral processing, arranging and adding appointments to clinicians diaries Answer and deal with telephone enquiries in a professional manner seeking guidance as required, recording details accurately and forwarding to the relevant member of the team in a timely manner Process incoming and outgoing mail Order and maintain stock supplies Prepare for and attend appraisal meetings and participate in any relevant training programmes required by the Trust.
