The EMEA PXT team are looking for a talented HR professional to take on a Sr. HRBP with ownership of solving complex D&S people challenges. This role will be hands on to include improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence. In addition, they will own leading solutions to complex challenges across EMEA. We are seeking an agile experienced HRBP able to partner with business leaders at all levels and leading competing and complex priorities. You will possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), be high judgement, have strong business acumen, proven ability to operate in ambiguous, dynamic environments and works effectively across multiple geographies.

**Critical Skills and Abilities**:

Key job responsibilities
- Work with senior management and our COE partner teams to develop and implement talent strategies focused on global expansion and scaling.
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions and promotions.
- Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.
- Own developing and facilitating recommendations and leading solutions to complex challenges globally for the non-US D&S organization.

- Advanced degree, JD, or other specialized training in Human Resources, Business, and/or labor/employee relations
- Experience working across Europe in large multinational corporations
- Experience building and launching programs that measurably impact positive employee engagement
