Introduction

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, the Senior Manager of EMEA Finance will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Commercial Business Unit, consisting of EMEA Retail, Direct-to-Consumer, Business-to-Business, and Distributor channels. As a partner to the VP Sales of the region, as well as the rest of the EMEA Leadership Team, this cross functional role will be primarily responsible for the forecasting and strategic planning of the region. Partnering with financial counterparts in other areas of the business, the Senior Manager of EMEA Finance will bring thoughtful analysis and business insights to enhance our forecast accuracy.

What You Will Do:

Act as primary contact for all strategy development, execution, and business partnership within the EMEA Commercial Organization. Provide financial support to and work proactively with the VP Sales and key functional leads to bring solid business management recommendations while delivering sales revenue, gross margin, profitability, and other company targets for the region. Collaborate with EMEA Leadership Team to align product roadmap, customer assortment, and pricing to best maximize profitability of the region Lead the EMEA AOP and LTFM processes, creating dynamic models to simulate different scenarios and aligning on targets to deliver the strategic goals of the company Oversee the monthly forecasting process, ensuring the financial plan is meeting targets and making recommendations to maximize profit Review and approve all EMEA customer pricing, T&Cs, and special deals Recommend criteria, develop targets, and calculate quarterly achievement of Sales Incentive Plans for all EMEA Channels Oversee the monthly One Plan, coordinating actions between the Commercial and Operational organizations to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. Develop financial presentation packages for review with Senior Leadership and various business partners on a periodic basis. Including development of new reporting to accommodate evolving business structure, standardization, and improvement of existing processes. Lead continuous process improvements, recommending standardization and optimization through innovation and leveraging best practices. Manage and develop Sr. Financial Analyst

To be successful, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required, with a master’s degree preferred. Significant years of financial experience in a global company. Experience with electronic or high-technology consumer goods company preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to present data in a clear and concise manner to senior management. Strong business acumen with ability to propose positive business solutions, insights and actions from data and analysis.
