**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Cellebrite EMEA, based in Europe, with a primary focus on supporting our Sales and Go-To-Market functions in the region as a local HR. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the HR strategy for our EMEA Sales and Go-To-Market teams, fostering growth, employee development, and talent retention in this dynamic region.

**About the responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the HR strategy and plans for the Sales and Go-To-Market teams in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with HQ units to align the regional HR agenda with the company's global strategy.
- Provide HR expertise and support to Sales and Go-To-Market leadership, helping them achieve their business objectives.
- Work with and coach executives and senior leaders in the EMEA Sales and Go-To-Market teams.
- Oversee local employment engagement, termination, and benefits processes for the region, by that supporting also other local organizational functions.
- Take full responsibility for the employee life cycle, from recruitment through onboarding, career development, to offboarding, with a focus on sales and go-to-market roles.
- Design, lead, and execute HR projects, programs, and processes tailored to the unique needs of the Sales and Go-To-Market teams, including talent management, performance review, compensation and benefits, and more.
- Collaborate closely with management and employees in the EMEA region to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, enhance productivity, and drive retention.
- Continuously assess the team and organizational needs, identify root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions.

**About the needed Skills**:

- Ability to translate business plans and regional needs into HR strategy.
- Capability to make independent decisions, lead, and take decisive actions.
- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to gauge employee engagement effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making.
- Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a high level of drive.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and focus on results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

**About the requirements**:

- 7+ years of working experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a technology company.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting Sales and Go-To-Market functions.
- Experience in a global company will be a distinct advantage.
- Practical knowledge in employee management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employment law, and organizational development.
- Familiarity with complex and rapidly changing work environments.
- Experience in medium-to-large-sized companies operating in the EMEA region.
