**Compliance Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that all files kept by Noble Tree Foundation meet National, internal and Local Authority compliance regulations.
- To recruit, manage and lead staff ensuring they are training in their duties and are appraised for their performance.
- Set and monitor clear standards for staff to monitor their performance and report on how the Charity are meeting their goals and aspirations.
- To review and implement compliant policies and procedures.
- To ensure detailed and accurate documentation is held and up to date.
- To work with the Head of Business Development on new projects ensuring the Charities values are at the core of all you do.

**Management and Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise your allocated teams, providing continual support and guidance on all property related matters, delivery of housing management services, compliance, tenant engagement, whilst maintaining high levels of engagement and morale within your team, monitoring workloads, taking actions to redress any concerns, and escalating where necessary.
- Recruits, inducts, coach and train new and existing team members within the region and ensuring staff are given ongoing support, advice, encouragement, and supervision. Identify training needs as necessary and be committed to continuous professional development.
- To ensure that service delivery is provided in line with Noble Tree Foundation’s operational standards, policies and procedures and any issues are escalated to your Line Manager.
- Manage voids, rent arrears, tenancy audits, audit risk management and housing management plans of all tenants, Safeguarding, complaints, tenancy management as well as health and safety compliance in your allocated area and provide reports as requested.
- To ensure that staff are delivering a clear distinct intensive housing management service to our tenants.
- To take the lead in dealing with clients with complex needs, assist with client casework in cases of being short-staffed or when staff is on leave.
- To ensure tenant representation at every level of the organisation.

**Health and Safety Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for your health and safety whilst at work and the health and safety of any other employees or visitors. To report all repair issues to the asset management team using the correct procedures.
- Assist in the completion of risk assessments and risk management plans.
- Ensure all relevant safety checks are conducted such as fire alarm systems and emergency lighting as scheduled.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Relevant Housing and/or Care qualification.
- Quality Assurance Experience.
- Proven experience of working with people who have complex needs.
- Must have experience working with people or in settings providing services for domestic violence, Substance and Alcohol Misuse, Challenging Behaviour, Prison Leavers, and Mental Health issues.
- Experience working in a Supported Housing environment, with experience of void and arrears management and dealing with housing benefit claims.
- Experience of setting up/ launching a new service.
- Previous experience leading a team in a similar position.
- Understanding and commitment of the values of Noble Tree Foundation.
- Commitment to promoting intensive housing management to tenants.
- Up to date knowledge of welfare rights and relevant legislation.
- Full understanding of safeguarding and how it impacts the work that we do.

**Skills**
- Able to lead, supervise and performance manage staff teams.
- Able to create and maintain effective working relationships with partners and external agencies.
- Able to plan and organize own work and the work of others, setting up clear direction and specific goals, work proactively in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently and keep on target.
- Ability to risk assess situations and upskill team members to identify and act upon risks
- Effective communicator.
- Proficient IT skills and experience of housing management databases, Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Teams) with ability to retrieve information.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, open to changing needs and growth of the business.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver - ability to resolve
