**Responsibilities**:

- ** Team Leadership**: Provide strong leadership to a team of social housing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and a positive working environment.
- ** Project Oversight**: Oversee social housing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with organisational goals and meet quality standards.
- ** Tenant Relations**: Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with social housing services.
- ** Compliance Management**: Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations, policies, and procedures, keeping abreast of industry changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
- ** Budget Management**: Manage budgets for social housing projects, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost-effective practices.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold the standards of social housing units and meet the needs of residents.
- ** Performance Evaluation**: Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development.
- ** Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, tenant interactions, and compliance activities, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- ** Emergency Response**: Coordinate and respond effectively to emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents in social housing properties.
- ** Community Engagement**: Actively engage with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to enhance the overall social impact of housing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the social housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive communities.
