Job Title: Team Lead for Quality Assurance

At KM Education Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Team Lead for Quality Assurance to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have experience in Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and want to take their career to the next level.

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000-£45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:
As a Team Lead for Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for leading a team of IQA professionals in Health and Social Care. Your primary goal will be to ensure high-quality performance and compliance with KPIs and quality assurance reports. You will work closely with the Quality Manager and Head of Apprenticeships to review and improve policies, procedures, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and assure the quality of Health and Social Care qualifications up to Level 5.
  • Coach and develop IQA team members to meet quality objectives and targets.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Head of Apprenticeships to review and improve policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Conduct standardisation sessions and training with Assessors to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.

Requirements:
  • Recent experience as an IQA in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
  • Occupational competency in Care Management.
  • Recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care or higher.
  • Occupational competency in Health and Social Care at Management level.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement processes and Ofsted requirements.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and vehicle use.
  • Flexibility with travel.
