Would you like to work for a friendly, well established business who have an outstanding reputation within their field? One of my clients who are a Commercial and Industrial Electrical Company based in the centre of Luton (LU2) are looking to add an Admin Assistant to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing admin support to the Accounts and Senior Management team
- Maintaining Holiday records/requests and recording and reporting absenteeism
- Inputting invoices and raising Purchase Orders onto RedSky system
- Maintaining Training records and booking training courses
- Onboarding new suppliers and managing SubContractors records
- Adhoc duties (e.g. answering phone/responding to enquiries/undertaking project work etc)

This is a full time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
