We now have an opportunity for a Customer Services Assistant to join and support our Property Services Team. The role will focus on ensuring our customers are well communicated with, are satisfied with their repairs, and our systems updated accordingly. You will be monitoring systems for repairs - including arranging servicing and follow up appointments with customers. The role will support our Scheduler in taking repairs calls and where appropriate helping to schedule jobs. You will undertake various admin tasks including invoicing, updating our systems, assisting with complaints, and producing reports and KPI data.

Other responsibilities will include
- Deal with day-to-day issues by providing updates to customers and other departments on repairs, voids, cyclical works, compliance etc
- Ensure all elements of administrative support is provided to the Property team.
- Taking customer calls and working closely with the scheduler to ensure all information is gathered correspondence is shared and all repair requests are logged correctly.
- Deputise for the scheduler as and when required.
- Undertake customer satisfaction surveys for Squared’s customers
- Arrange internal and external meetings along with note taking and ensuring notes are logged for audit purposes.
- Provide written and verbal reports as and when requested.

You’ll have great customer service skills with a knack for reassuring customers and finding solutions. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. You will be resilient and have the ability to stay calm whist speaking to customers. You will need to be adaptable and flexible to meet the demands of the services.

You will have strong admin skills with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office products, and previous experience using databases.
