**About the Role**

We are a looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our Customer Service team, based out of our Luton office (hybrid working offered).

The Customer Service Team are responsible for ensuring our customers have a great customer journey with Bionic. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a high performing team within a rewarding department - offering great personal development and training.

**Day to day Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Updating queries/complaints with high-quality notes
- Carrying out any inquiries if the customer isn’t happy
- Working towards targets such as inbound call volume
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support Meeting regulatory standards, such as Data Protection and FCA Guidelines

**Requirements**:
**About You**
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional written English skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Developed time-management skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Energy industry experience is a bonus
- The basic salary for this role is £23,000, with the opportunity to make up to £450 per month in commission._
