HR Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking and competent individual, who is keen to learn. This role would suit a strong administrator seeking a step into HR.
**The Role**
- Establish and maintain appropriate files and records, both manual and computerised ensuring all information can be quickly retrieved
- Provide other general administrative support including the wider HR Team as required
- Carry out induction administration and training with new employees and oversee the probationary review process.
- Record and monitor all staff absence providing reports as required
- To support, coach and train managers in all elements of employee relations activities, onboarding and inducting.
**Qualifications/ Experience**
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage matters confidently and sensitively
- A keen interest in pursuing a career within HR
- Must have own transport due to locations
**Hours/Pay**
- Monday to Friday
- Salary starting from 20k
