General administrative support to the Management Team, with particular focus on supporting the Nursing Manager and Deputy Nursing Manager. Support the Nurse Manager in facilitation of coordinating leave requests, Nursing rotas and SystmOne sessions to ensure appropriate Treatment Room and Advanced Care Practitioner coverage. To carry out HR administration for the Nursing team. To work with Surgery Team Leaders and Purchasing teams to ensure Treatment Room stock levels are monitored and maintained in the most efficient way possible.

Co-ordinate, edit and publish appropriate Practice policies and protocols relating to the Nursing team, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and accurate, and reviewed on a regular basis. To coordinate the timely response to comments, queries and complaints that relate to the Nursing Team, in conjunction with the Operations Administrator. To organise, facilitate and take minutes at Nursing team meetings and to deputise on occasion at other meetings. To support the facilitation of booking of training, courses and team meetings, as guided by the Nurse Manager/Deputy.

To work alongside and in conjunction with the other Management Team Administrators with a focus on effective administration of clinical services, including but not limited to Vasectomy Service, Long Acting Reversible Contraceptive (LARC) service, Minor Operations To undertake further specific tasks, project support, or development / change work which may arise from time to time. To uphold the Practice values and consistently demonstrate behaviours in line with such at all times.
