**Customer Services Officer**

An iconic automotive brand, have a unique opportunity for an experienced **Customer Services Officer **to join their team**.**

Working within the Collections & Recovery team, you will be communicating with customers about repayment plans and reducing potential risk and secure payments whilst working within the guidance of the FCA's Treating Customers fairly principle.

**The main objectives of the Client & Brand Executive are**:

- Working to secure repayment plans from customers.
- Be able to handle high volume of internal and external calls.
- Be proactive and manage workload as best you can.
- Be able to handle conflict, negotiating and avoid confrontation with the ability prioritise tasks.
- Extract information by using appropriate questioning.
- Make infirmed decisions to optimise cash collection.
- Resolve any potential breaches in contracts.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Telephone customer service experience is advantageous.
- Proactive time management skills.
- GCSE Maths and English.
- Team Player
- High level of motivation and resilience.

As part of your role, you will work 37.5 hour weeks on an alternating shift pattern between 8.30am and 6pm as well as some Saturdays on a rota basis.
Initial training period of up to two months where you will be required to be on-site the office based in Farnborough, Following the training period you will have the opportunity to work Hybrid (2-3 days from home).
