Care Navigator/document Workflow Assistant

We are looking for a someone to join our friendly team as a Care Navigator/Document Workflow Assistant.

You must have previous admin experience and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and previous experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.

The role will be split between reception and admin. On reception, you will be the first point of contact for patients and other contacts, you will book patient appointments, deal with general enquiries, and support the day to day running of the practice. When not on reception you will work with the admin team to process documents coming into the practice either electronically or via the post. You will make sure these documents are saved to the correct patient records and add clinical coding where necessary.

The practice is open from 8am to 6.30pm most weekdays and there may be a need to work a late night (until 8pm).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
