Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
**Duties**:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication according to care plans and document any changes or concerns
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or observations to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using IT systems for documentation purposes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Ability to follow care plans accurately and provide personalized care based on individual needs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: From £11.90 per hour
Schedule:

- Home care: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
