Care Navigator

We are looking for a Care Navigator to join our friendly practice on a part-time basis. We have a fixed term 9 month contract working 20.5 hours a week over these days:
- Wednesday 08.00 - 18.45 (with a 30 min unpaid lunchbreak)
- Thursday 07.45 - 13.30
- Friday 08.00 - 12.30
You must have previous admin experience and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and previous experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
You will be the first point of contact for patients and other contacts, you will book patient appointments, deal with general enquiries, and support the day to day running of the practice.
The practice is open from 8am to 6.30pm most weekdays and there may be a need to work an occasional Saturday morning and a late night (until 8pm).
