Due to exceptional growth, our client is looking to add a newly created administrative role to team.
The role will sit within the legal team, so would be ideal for someone looking to further develop within this industry.
The main duties for this role are the maintain customers portfolios and ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the legal requirements.
The role:

- Opening and closing legal files
- Prepare instructions to panel solicitors
- Record and monitor the process of all complaints
- Assist with all admin tasks as required by the team

Skills/experience:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, able to work as part of a team and independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience working in an administrative role

This role is to start immediately.
Initially office based, there will be an opportunity for some home working.
