Accounts Administrator

The Accounts Administrator’s role is to ensure the accuracy and efficient administration of the company’s accounts including general business administration, accounting, bookkeeping, credit control, cash handling, cash flow forecasting, sales, and purchaseledger management, reporting directly to the Group Managing Director and Board of Directors.
**Accounts Administrator Requirements**:
- A proven track record/experience of successfully undertaking a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A thorough approach to tackling problems and the ability to work methodically
- Time management and the ability to prioritise their workload and meet deadlines
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail
- An interest in and understanding of business and finance
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Formal qualification in bookkeeping/accounting (ACCA/AAT).
- Certifications in any aspect of business or finance can be a bonus.
- Working knowledge of Xero accounting software is essential.
**Accounts Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Cash Flow Administration
- Bank Account Reconciliation and Payments Administration
- Employment Record Administration
- Financial Record Administration
- Completion of all Legal Statistic Reports
- Customer financial query handling and reporting
- Sales and Purchase invoices posted and managed
- Uploading of sales invoices and credits to client payment portals
- Ensure that weekly time sheets are accurate and posted correctly
- Administration and reporting on company insurance policies and utilities services
- Administration and reporting on financial agreements
- Assistance with the scheduled servicing of all company vehicles and equipment
You will be reporting to the Group Managing Director on all financial issues concerning the company, sales and purchase ledgers, cash flow and ongoing financial status, as well as the company accountants where required to ensure compliance and timely executionof all statutory returns.

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 3.00pm (additional hours may be available)
