We are working in partnership with a market leader who supplies products to the FMCG industry to recruit a Sales Administrator for their newly re-modelled sales department.

The successful Sales Administrator will be speaking to existing clients (no cold calling or business development within this role) to check in and see if they need any products ordered and then processing the orders through the in-house CRM.

The successful Sales Administrator will be a keen, willing individual who loves to learn You will be someone who loves to speak to people, enjoys building relationships and is looking for a varied role liaising with customers as well as having admin responsibilities.

Previous experience within any kind of office-based admin role (even voluntary or work experience) would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided - attitude and commitment are key for this role

**The key duties for this Sales Administrator are**:

- Developing and maintaining sales on existing clients through outbound telephone calls
- Promoting special offers, promotions and new products to customers
- Setting up new accounts
- Assisting with processing orders

**The key skills for this Sales Administrator are**:

- Being a confident communicator who is happy on the phone
- Great IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Word and in-house CRM
