Our client seeks a **Part Time HR Officer**to join their team. This really is a wonderful company to work for, great team environment, varied enjoyable role with lovely people
**The Role**:
You will provide HR advice to our clients and support them with cases and projects as required.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with our clients.
- Answer incoming enquiries and respond accordingly with draft documentation as required.
- Record all advice on our CRM system
- Attend meetings either with or for and on behalf of clients.
- Create and update employment contracts and staff handbooks for clients.
- Undertake, or support colleagues with, HR projects as required.
- Record chargeable work to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Attend networking events, business shows and other events as necessary.
**Skills Required**:
- CIPD qualified to Level 3, or working towards
- HR advisory experience
- Employment law knowledge
- Great organiser and communicator
- Excellent telephone manner
- Absolutely trustworthy and able to protect confidentiality
- Someone who could be passionate about our Company and is keen to contribute flexibly and grow along with us.
- IT literate - Word, Outlook and Excel
The role is part time ideally working four days a week in a block.
