Job Introduction
Do you love helping to organise events? We're looking for an enthusiastic events coordinator to work alongside our Events Manager to provide intergral support the events function. Get ready to wake up to the team spirit inside you.

Your Role at Signature
In your role as Events Coordinator you will be responsible for all aspects of planning, organising and on the day delivery of a wide range of events. This will include the coordination of all elements and planning of the events to ensure a professional delivery and an excellent visitor experience.

You'll build a rapport with internal Signature teams to help them deliver events and activities, making sure every event remains inclusive and enjoyable for our residents.

Develop good working relationships with key Home-based and support office roles such as Activities Mentors, Activities Leads, Hospitality Managers, Marketing, Digital, Communications and Food and Beverage teams etc, to Ensure clear communication, Effective use of resources and quality of delivery across al event elements.

You’ll own administrative tasks when it comes to events and activities, and step up to support the Event Manager when they are on holiday or absent.

Signature People
You’ll be an excellent planner who can self-organise and prioritise workloads. You’ll be a flexible multi-tasker with great attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to change and challenges.

You’ll quickly understand our organisation using previous experience within events or activity administration. If you’ve done this in a care environment before, then you’ve got our attention

Multi-tasking and flexibility will come naturally and great knowledge of the local events market and an understanding of standards, policies and procedures in the hotel and care industry are both advantageous.
