Interaction is working in partnership with our client to recruit for an office manager based between their two Yorkshire offices one in North Leeds the other in Sheffield.

As the office manager you will be responsible for managing the work flow of the project delivery and general administration teams, whilst overseeing the day to day running both offices
You will be responsible for
The management of the administration team: to coordinate and oversee their work flow, liaise with department managers to deliver effective administration support to meet their needs. The team is currently split across offices in Leeds, Sheffield with officesin Wigan & Colchester.
Ensuring the provision of materials and supplies, including equipment, stationery, printing, postage, catering, and sundries.
Ensure key office and facilities services are effectively organised, including cleaning, maintenance, waste removal, lighting, heating, and office equipment.
Manage the administration and offices budget, ensuring that spend is closely monitored and accurately recorded, within budget, is cost effective and provides good value for money.
What we would like from you
- Relevant office management experience (ideally in Construction/Engineering or Manufacturing but not essential)
- Excellent people manager who can train, develop, and motivate a team to ensure maximum efficiency to ensure large volumes of work and fast turnaround administrative tasks in order to support the project delivery teams
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- capable of mapping and reviewing processes to identify improvements
- Excellent PC skills and extensive experience in the complete Microsoft Office suite
- Managing and negotiating with external suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a professional and supportive manner
- Work to strict deadline
- Own transport and flexibility to travel to both Yorkshire sites
