**Role**:Sales Administrator

**Location**:Bracknell**(hybrid working offered)**

**Salary**: up to £27,000 per annum

**The Role**:

- Execute order entry onto SAP and confirm delivery dates to partners and end-customers
- Assist with the process of model number creation and pricing for approval process
- Track orders
- Handle in order related issues
- Assist in processes of setting up new customers in coordination with the responsible sales manager and credit control department
- Solve of credit limit issues with customers, and issues of credit notes and debit notes
- Provide general sales and management support of different kind
- Keep in contact with the central planning and operations teams
- Monitor and communicate changes in Order Status with customer
- Ad hoc duties as required
- **Fluent in ONE of the following languages**:

- **Italian**:

- **Spanish**:

- **French**:

- **German**
- Knowledge of SAP is highly beneficial
- Strong Excel skills are desirable
- Able to handle confidential data with discretion
- Previous experience in an Administration role would be advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability structure and manage workload effectively
