UKGI Transformation is undergoing an exciting transformation of its own and we are looking for someone to join our team to play a vital role in the delivery of the GI strategy in the UK.

This role is on a secondment basis for 12 months initially.

A bit about the job:
You will be responsible for leading the effective UKGI Transformation processes and cadence as well as contributing to the overall success planning and delivery of the GI change portfolio. You'll be responsible for the maintenance and seamless operation of the GI Transformation portfolio calendar - ensuring investment requests and other inputs to key committees and boards are completed on time and to the highest quality and managing the planning processes.

In addition, you'll work in partnership with colleagues across the UKGI business to:
- Provide support and review to investment cases and other inputs- Define new ways of working in line with our hub and spoke model to ensure elimination of duplication and efficiency in our processes- Drive the adoption of our single system of record underpinning transformation planning and delivery (Planview)

You'll also be responsible for the maintenance of the UKGI portfolio view of dependencies, risks and resource demands and use your analytical skills to spot any early warning signs that could derail the delivery of plans.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working in a transformation office and/or planned and delivered significant change programmes in the past. An understanding of General Insurance will be a plus, but not essential.- An excellent communicator, great at producing high quality presentations and documents. Adept at stakeholder management and confident working at all levels up to Exco.- Methodical and can work at pace with an eye for detail. Comfortable with ambiguity and working with a self-organising team.- Able to identify opportunities for efficiency in how the team works and have an analytical approach, enabling you to spot the ‘so what’ in data.
