Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead updates, ask questions, and challenge requirements.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in running workshops and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to challenge and provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience within the insurance sector is highly desirable, as is experience with Guidewire or identifying innovative automation and efficiency outcomes.
