Duties of the Customer Service Executive:

- Placing forward orders in line with monthly order cut off.
- Maintaining relationships between Customers and Clients, ensuring the process is fulfilled.
- Ensure all worksheets and booking requirements are met and deadlines adhered to.
- Take ownership of your personal objectives and development.
- Work within the Data Protection policy to ensure that you are meeting their obligations.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Great communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience working with customers
- Computer literate with excellent system skills
- Good organisational ability
- A can do attitude

**What's on Offer**:
The salary on offer is £22,000 - £24,000
