The team has continued to grow since, consisting of Internal Sales, Operations, Credit, Collections and Asset Management, all based in Fleet, Hampshire, together with field-based Regional Sales Managers.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be ensuring deals are accurately & efficiently prepared for payout in line with the credit approval and all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Your responsibilities will include
- Activating new deals in the InterBay Asset Finance operating system
- Ensuring all documentation, invoices and paperwork comply with credit approval and documentation has been fully completed and signed
- Liaising with other departments, especially Finance to ensure payments are paid within agreed service level agreements
- Keeping brokers or customers/suppliers up to date with payment progress
- Assisting with invoicing and direct debit file preparation as required
- Maintaining accurate records in relation to equipment suppliers and broker commissions

In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £28,000 - £32,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%

- Previous work experience in a customer service environment
- Experience paying out deals or undertaking similar process within financial services
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles
