**Your day to day**:

We’re evolving and growing, and we want you to grow with us. We have an exciting agenda to support our front-line colleagues within our hotels. Therefore, we have an incredible opportunity for a postgraduate internship in the Global Talent Acquisition Team, supporting the delivery of various strategic initiatives across the Recruitment Digital Marketing and Social Media team for our Hotel Colleagues. We need an eager, hands-on professional looking to kick start their career with this focussed 6-month Internship that will see you partner our employer Band & Attraction team and the Recruitment Marketing & Digital Engagement team.
- Support copywriting and editing of employer brand materials
- Focus on how we bring practical best practice, workshops, seminars, training, guides and hands on experience for our Hotel Colleagues around the world in aiding their attraction strategy in driving great front line Talent to apply
- In addition, varied projects and initiatives ranging from crafting, designing and editing new frontline employer brand content, videos, blogs and diverse range reports, dashboards and presentations to ensure all efforts are assessed and tracked delivering true ROI for our Hotels
- The ability to work cross functionally with a high degree of collaboration across various teams within IHG

**What we need from you**:

- Bachelors degree in HR and a CIPD Qualification would be ideal
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Advanced MS Office
- Ability to manage a project from set up through to execution and delivery
- Deeply curious around how things work, connect and interface
- High growth learning mindset around development and progression
- Demonstrable drive, energy and the desire to succeed
- Proficient using a range of digital platforms and channels
- Video and picture editing skills, Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop would be great but not essential
