Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position, over 3 days per week ideally on a Tuesday, Thursday and a Friday with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Provide support to the office staff and management team as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with marketing on social media sites and updates on website

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15,500.00-£18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
