**Sales Enablement Specialist**

**Do you have a Technical Sales background? Do you hold a Material/Life Science degree or demonstrable industry exposure? Are you a Leader with strong training experience?**

If your answer is **YES**to the above, we would love to hear from you.

We are delighted to be supporting a Market Leader within the Technology space with the appointment of an experienced **Sales Enablement Group Specialist.**

As **Sales Enablement Group Specialist,** you will be responsible for maximising sales efficiency through the development of effective sales materials and the training of sales in products and solutions worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Managers to create Sector specific presentations
- Take ownership and develop training documents for the relevant teams based on geographical market intelligence
- Work with the Global Heads of Sales to train their Sales Teams
- Work with the Training Development Group to create Sector specific training material on the Global training platform

**Person Specification**
- A leader with a technical background in sales
- An organised individual who has the ability to take responsibility for this training function

This is a 12-month rolling contract with international travel.
