CK Group Science, Clinical and Technical are exclusively working with a global pharmaceutical company to appoint a field commercial team for an Ophthalmology launch.

This role covers the Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Suffolk regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through account management and promotion to healthcare professionals and healthcare accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific account plans for England ICBs or NHS Scotland or NHS Northern Ireland.
  • Deliver strategic and promotional sales to achieve prescribing depth and formulary inclusion.
  • Identify and optimise local market access opportunities.
  • Delivering results against key performance indicators and project objectives.
  • Engage with and develop National and Regional Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Use multi-channel customer engagement strategies to build long-term patient-focused relationships.

Requirements:

  • ABPI qualified.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ideally experience in Ophthalmology (desirable, not essential).
  • Excellent understanding of the NHS, ICBs and ICS structures.
  • Strong influencing, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent multi-channel skills experience.
