**Key Role Responsibilities**:
As a Warranty Controller, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Processing warranty claims in an accurate and timely manner; and doing so in accordance with relevant standards.
- Liaising effectively with your colleagues within the Aftersales Team, to ensure that there is an understanding of the information required; and being key in coaching your colleagues in this regard.
- Recording data from warranty claims.
- Posting and reconciling payments and credits from warranty claims.
- Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.

**Prerequisites**:

- Previous relevant experience required.
- Previous motor industry experience essential.
- Good attention to detail.
- Understanding of how to prioritise work.
