**Ideally you will have;**
- 10+ years of professional experience in data management, including 5+ years of experience in delivery of data-centric products and services, and managing teams of data professionals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences or equivalent work experience
- A proven background in leading change efforts and delivering on those across Ford and / or Ford Credit (Learning Agility is key)
- Knowledge and experience of implementing Industry Data management Frameworks such as CDMC and DCAM.
- Experience of working and interacting with senior business facing stakeholders
- Collaborating with others to deliver data driven solutions and actionable outcomes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes
- Some experience of working with third party vendors and service suppliers
- Basic commercial acumen and business case development (2 years plus)
- Experience of developing and implementing plans and effective ways of working
- Business Acumen and Influencing skills
- Ability to find solutions to tough problems and ability to make connections between different concepts
- Inspiring, delivers results in tough situations and builds high performing teams
- Experience with GCP ecosystem or other public cloud providers, managing data privacy and regulatory requirements

**Additional Information**
- This is a European role that will provide shared services to the European Entities This role is a full-time position requiring 2-3 days a week in Dunton as preferred due to interactions with the Business Leaders across the FCE business and leadership team.
