Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Support Officer on a Permanent basis at our Pitsea office.

**A bit about the role**:
As a Support Officer, you will be part of a growing business and adding significant value by providing excellent customer service and by managing requests for personal information. The role requires attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships to work collaboratively with key colleagues across the organisation.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- Maintaining and managing emergency and out of hours reporting and ensure follow-on jobs are raised.
- Answering inbound calls from contractors who are unable to gain access to our residents properties.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to support our customers
- Advising and supporting our customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified.
- Assessing clients’ needs to ensure effective service delivery
- This role will require 1-2 days working in the Pitsea office._
