Property Accounts Administrator
My client based in Bromley is looking for a Property Accounts Administrator to work within their accounts and property management team.

The office is centrally located and has excellent public transport links right outside the door.
They undertake a full range of property management services and the main duties will be to manage the financial administration in and undertake basic property management tasks.

**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,500
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30

Office based

Annual leave 20 days per year.

Your responsibilities will include
- Reconciling rent payments and accounting to clients for rents received using their property management software. Dealing with any
- resulting queries from clients and tenants
- Running tenants rent and service charge demands
- Producing arrears schedules and first point follow up
- Commission transfers
- Reconciling client bank accounts
- Producing weekly payment runs
- Assisting with annual insurance renewal allocation
- Assisting with annual service charge reconciliations
- Liaising with Property Manager and assisting with maintenance tasks / schedules
- Reconciling company bank account
- Running sales and purchase ledger for the company
- Liaising with the Property Manager to manage our client’s properties effectively
Desired attributes
- IT literacy with a good knowledge of Excel & Word
- Experience of Xero and Property Management Software would be an advantage
