**Accounts Administrator - £20,000 to £25,000 - BR1**
My client, a bespoke Block Management firm based in Bromley, are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a career driven individual to join an ambitious firm with long term plans for growth and success. There is the opportunity to progress into an accounts manager role in the future.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receipting payments made by lessees to their service charge account.
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Overseeing arrears and credit control procedures
- Answering service charge and credit control queries from leaseholders
- Transferring funds where required
- General administration where required
- System maintenance using Block Management System (Blockman)
- General bookkeeping for invoices, receipts, cheques, utility payments etc.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Highly organised
- A good understanding of Microsoft office packages
**Package**
- £20,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per completed year of service up to a max of 30 days
- Private healthcare after 6 months

**Progression**
Opportunity to move into an Accounts Manager role or other within the Accounts team (as the team gets bigger)
