The Company:
Our client is a super charity who have a lovely working environment and really value their staff.

The Job:
You will be an enthusiastic person managing the co-ordination and handling calls, dealing with general enquiries, keeping call records, completing some follow up administration and transferring specific calls to the relevant team members.
This will be a fixed terms contract until 1st January (ideally to start 17th October)
There is the possibly opportunity for the role to become permanent but this will be reviewed.

The Person:
Highly organized with the ability to work on more than one thing at a time and have excellent people skills. As well as that you will be ability to be flexible in approach and prioritisation of tasks
Good telephone manner and ability to prioritize outbound calls, and handle inbound queries whilst offering great customer service
Great IT skills including an ability to manage and use spreadsheets (Excel) and strong Great grammar and spelling

Nice to have
It would be great if you had an understanding and interest in corporate social responsibility, volunteering, and philanthropic activities.

**Salary**: £22,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 per week)
Location: Central Bristol with hybrid working
