An excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm of Chartered Financial Planners who are based just outside of Bristol. This company is directly authorised and specialise in providing advice in pensions, investments and protection as well as providing corporate services.
The firm are now in a position to appoint a new administrator to join their established team. You will be working alongside paraplanners and financial planners in maintaining existing relationships whilst helping to develop new opportunities.
This opportunity is perfect for those looking to accelerate their Financial Services career. Training and Qualification support is provided, alongside being part of a friendly and supportive team.
**The Role**:
- Support the paraplanners and financial planners with all administration duties as required
- Collating information required for regular client review meetings
- Ensuring client records and back-office records are maintained
- Dealing with client queries and ad-hoc requests
- Liaising with product providers and other suppliers
**How will we help?**
- Training will be provided enabling you to develop
- You will be working with a team of experienced administrators, paraplanners and financial planners
- Ability to study with financial support with to develop your career in Financial Services
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience of working within a financial services role
- Ability to manage own workload whilst meeting deadlines
- Ability to confidently prioritise work
- Confident communication skills both written and verbally comfortable dealing with clients, providers and management
- Absolute commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times
**Benefits**:
- Salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience
- 26 days holiday to 31 days after 5 years + bank holidays
