We are seeking an inspiring, innovative, and dedicated Head of Faculty (Maths) to join our team. This key role will give you the opportunity to work with senior leaders and play an important part in overseeing a faculty that aims to set the standard nationally. You will have a willingness to work with the wider Inspiration Trust team to deliver an exceptional knowledge rich curriculum. You’ll monitor and support students’ progress and development and contribute to raising standards and attainment, whilst motivating and challenging students to achieve their very best.

**The purpose of this position is to**:
Lead the development of teaching and learning in the faculty, using relevant data and challenging existing practise

Oversee and improve the day-to-day operations in the faculty

Be a role model to the department in terms of classroom practice, professionalism and language with colleagues and students

Successful teaching experience of maths at A level in a secondary school or sixth form setting

Proven ability to lead, motivate and support staff to achieve high standards

Experience of implementing organisational or process change in an education setting
