The Content & PR Manager Role:

- Lead, define and execute the content strategy and calendar globally, working with Product Managers, Engineering, and external contributors (freelancers and agencies) to create high-quality content optimized for SEO and conversions.
- Drive the development of brand voice as well their position of influence in the technology space worldwide.
- Be the voice of the business in social media by crafting great social media posts that drive traffic, generate engagement, and build community with relevant stakeholders such as compliance professionals, developers, and engineers.
- Own the publication and distribution process. You will share content in the appropriate communities, pitch it to newsletters and publications, and get other companies and blogs to link to it.
- Analyze key content marketing metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions
- Develop copy and visual assets (infographics, videos) for a range of channels and campaigns, including reports, articles, social media, PR, etc.

Ideal Skills/Experience for the Content & PR Manager:

- You have at least 4 years’ demonstrable experience in a content marketing and/or PR role in an Enterprise/B2B tech environment.
- A graduate degree, preferably in Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field
- You have a passion for creating content that tell a story and engages your audience. A particular interest in technology and how it can be applied to solve complex business problems is highly desired.
- You have demonstrable experience of writing, editing and distributing effective copy for a variety of sales and marketing purposes and channels.
- Strong SEO understanding and skills
- You have a track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with key external stakeholders and contacts in press and media.
