The Role

You will be responsible for the planning, reporting and evaluation of our Sky Media Addressable (Sky AdSmart and Sky Broadcaster VoD) media plans, ensuring we are effectively communicating key campaigns to our customers. You will work closely our marketing teams to understand their strategic objectives and our media agencies to ensure our Sky Media Addressable activity is part of a well thought out media plan that makes the most out of our proprietary systems and data.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day process of Addressable campaigns as a part of the Sky marketing strategy, including planning, booking, tracking, and evaluating campaigns
- Act as point person and become the specialist for Addressable planning enquiries from internal teams, suggesting new opportunities or ideas and ensure that the latest innovations and opportunities have been considered
- Develop an understanding of the inner dynamics of Sky and the interplay between multiple Partner teams such as Promotional Airtime, Marketing, Sky Media, and Econometrics
- Develop strong relationships with Sky’s external media agency to ensure comprehensive bottom-up media plans
- Liaise with data teams to gain solid understanding of customer behaviour and media consumption to allow appropriate data use and continuous improvement of the current Addressable strategy
- Assist the Media Investment team in tracking and adjusting the investment forecasts across Sky AdSmart and Broadcaster VoD including budget reconciliation and billing queries

You’ll have/be:

- Demonstrate understanding of basics of media planning principles, such as Brand, Direct Response, coverage and frequency
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to record, track and report on campaign spend
- Ability to present your ideas clearly and concisely to partner
- Knowledge of the relationship between client marketing, media agencies and media owners
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
