What you'll do:

- Support the Senior Merchandising Manager to lead day-to-day site activity, planned product launches, offers and promotions whilst maintaining a content calendar to ensure we showcase the most engaging and relevant content to drive consideration and conversion.
- Build optimised landing pages and tailored online journeys via the CMS to support marketing campaigns and trading initiatives.
- Support product and proposition changes, creating plans, delivering site-wide updates and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments within the eCommerce space, making recommendations based on competitor activity.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting duties using Adobe to identify practical insights and report back to partners. What you'll bring:

- You are educated to degree level (or equivalent) and working in an eCommerce/digital team.
- You have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi task and deliver a number of projects at the same time in a collaborative manner.
- You are results driven and thrive in a fast paced environment with ambitious growth plans and targets with superb marketing skills to deliver highly effective campaigns on site.
- You have good analytical skills with some experience reporting via web analytics tools.
- You are a proactive self-starter with a strong bias for action who is able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

Where you'll work:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
