This is a brand-new role which presents an opportunity for the right person to shape as needed to support the team. It will suit a self-starter who can lead multiple streams of activity and is happy to get involved in a broad range of topics.

You will be working within a small team of Business Analysts, Programme & Delivery Managers tasked with supporting the business to deliver a broad spectrum of work, including large projects and small change.

What you'll do:

- Lead on project reporting, ensuring all key project artefacts and information is up to date and available. Including, Project plans and landmarks, Risks & issues, Budget & costs, resource management info.
- Where needed build project archives, tools, and templates, and guide the proper use and adoption of the preferred project management software/tools.
- Work with Delivery team to drive through the completion of projects or small change to a high quality and agreed deadlines.
- General team administration/activity such as invoice processing, recruitment, new starters. NDAs
- As a key contact in the delivery team, be regularly available to the business and communicate project status to partners.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from governance meetings.

What you'll bring:

- Project/Change management, ideally in a similar PMO role
- Highly organised and have the drive and ability to bring order and structure to the projects' environment.
- Experience of working in a large company and programmes with multiple simultaneous workstreams and high levels of complexity
- Experience gained within either Insurance or IoT/Tech industries would be desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience of multiple forms of project management, including waterfall and agile methodologies would be beneficial.
